			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Dominic Wilcox </strong> has created a series of miniature time-based sculptures using a collection of vintage mechanical watches and customised model figures. By attaching tiny figures onto the second and minute hands of each watch, Wilcox has made unique, animated scenes from everyday observations and imagined situations.<br />

<p>Es un artista de Kyoto perteneciente a la más reciente generación de artistas plásticos japoneses. Su obra incluye esculturas de refinada ejecución (beads, prism, liquid, scum, glue) así como dibujos y murales.<br />
Un elemento común a todos ellos es la elaborada conceptualización de los inusuales materiales con los que trabaja (esferas de cristal, silicona líquida, burbujas de agua, espuma de poliestireno expandido…).<br />
Ha mostrado su trabajo en numerosas exposiciones, destacando la individual que le brindó la Fundación Miró de Barcelona. Además de ser profesor en la escuela de arte de la Universidad de Kyoto, Nawa es el impulsor del centro artístico Sandwich en Kyoto.<br />

Muy interesante, no se lo pierdan que estará hasta el 15 de septiembre [...]]]></description>
